
Bryan S. Assael
Mr. Assael serves as the Director of Compliance.
His responsibilities range from the development and implementation of compliance processes and procedures of a registered investment fund to the maintenance of complete documentation related to portfolio investments and fund documentation.
Previously, Mr. Assael worked as an Associate and Legal Clerk at Vandenberg & Feliu LLP, a New York based general practice firm. Prior to Vandenberg & Feliu LLP, Mr. Assael worked as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Gerald Lebovits, Judge of the New York County Civil Court, and the Honorable Matthew Sciarrino, Judge of the Kings County Criminal Court.
Mr. Assael received his Law Degree from New York Law School, and his bachelor’s degree from Hunter College. Mr. Assael is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Paul Barrett
Mr. Barrett serves as Managing Director.
Mr. Barrett serves on the Board of Directors of American Health Staffing Group and observes Precision Diagnostics.
His responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio company monitoring. Mr. Barrett leads BelHealth’s origination efforts. Previously, Mr. Barrett worked as an Associate and Analyst in the healthcare investment banking division of CIT Group, where he focused on M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions. Prior to CIT, Mr. Barrett worked at Thomson Reuters in their Corporate Advisory Services group.
Mr. Barrett received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Harold S. Blue
Mr. Blue is Founder and Managing Partner.
Mr. Blue serves on the Board of Directors of American Health Staffing Group, Care Advantage, General Genetics, Geritrex, Quick Care Pharmacy, Precision Diagnostics, Integrated Care Physicians and Village Fertility Pharmacy.
Mr. Blue has been actively involved in healthcare private equity for 15 years, in addition to his 18 years as a healthcare entrepreneur and operator. Prior to founding BelHealth, Mr. Blue was Founder and Managing Partner at HealthEdge Investment Partners and Managing Partner at Comvest Partners.
During his career, Mr. Blue has served on the Board of Directors of more than 40 public, and private companies. Prior to his private equity career, Mr. Blue was the founder and entrepreneur of four healthcare companies.

Dennis Drislane
Mr. Drislane is Co-Founder and Managing Partner.
Mr. Drislane serves on the Board of Directors of American Health Staffing Group, Village Fertility Pharmacy, Care Advantage, General Genetics, Geritrex, Quick Care Pharmacy, Precision Diagnostics and Integrated Care Physicians.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Drislane is on the Advisory Board of the Hoag Neurosciences Institute, which is focused on innovative, multidisciplinary team approaches to disorders of the brain, nerves and spine. Mr. Drislane is also on the Board of Directors of the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) Foundation, an organization that provides a host of services that educate and unite families touched by this little-known genetic syndrome.
Mr. Drislane's prior experience includes 24 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he was President of the Healthcare Strategic Business Unit; Senior Vice President at Healtheon during the IPO and eventual merger with WebMD; CEO of TC3 Health where he led the sale of the company to Emdeon; and a member of the Operating Committee at HealthEdge Investment Partners.
Mr. Drislane received his Master of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Science, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Science, from California State University in Sacramento.

Michelle A. Gallegos
Ms. Gallegos serves as Controller.
She is responsible for all areas of administration, accounting, finance and human resources for the Fund.
Ms. Gallegos spent 15 years working with individual private equity funds and fund administrators. Most recently she was a Vice President of Securities and Fund Services at Citi Private Equity Services.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University. She also received her license as a Certified Public Accounting from the state of New York in 2000.

Peter Gurny
Mr. Gurny serves as Senior Associate.
Mr. Gurny observes Care Advantage and Quick Care Pharmacy.

Nathan Kronforst
Mr. Kronforst serves as a Managing Director.

Mr. Kronforst has over a decade of experience in private equity investing, investment banking and management consulting. Mr. Kronforst was previously a Vice President and founding member of Celerant Capital, an operationally focused, middle market private equity firm where he led deal origination, evaluation and structuring. Additionally, Mr. Kronforst acted as a lead due diligence advisor to select Celerant Consulting private equity clients on investments in middle and large cap, healthcare and chemicals companies. Prior to Celerant Capital, Mr. Kronforst was an investment banking Associate at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. Before Lehman Brothers, Mr. Kronforst was a management consultant with Celerant Consulting, where he advised clients and implemented operational improvement and turnaround projects for Fortune 500 and private equity owned businesses in the U.S. and Europe.
Mr. Kronforst received his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, concentrating in Corporate Finance. He also received a BBA in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.

Jonathan Laifer
Mr. Laifer serves as Associate.
His responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Mr. Laifer was an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare group at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Laifer received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors and a B.B.A from Emory University.

Scott Lee
Mr. Lee serves as a Managing Director.
Mr. Lee serves on the Board of Directors of Care Advantage and Integrated Care Physicians.
Mr. Lee has over 13 years of relevant private equity experience in the lower middle market healthcare sector. Beginning in 2004, Mr. Lee was the Investment Analyst for Commonwealth Associates and the CARE Capital Group, where he first met and worked with several members of the BelHealth team. Starting in 2006, Mr. Lee served as a Principal at HealthEdge Investment Partners (“HealthEdge”), a lower middle market focused healthcare private equity fund that Harold Blue founded in 2005. While at HealthEdge, Mr. Lee was involved in all of the firm’s platform investments and served as a Board member of Woodbury Health Products, Infinity Homecare, and MNG Laboratories.
Mr. Lee has particular expertise in the home health, healthcare consumer products, contract manufacturing and specialty distribution healthcare sectors.
Scott received his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Management.

Ed Mendham
Mr. Mendham serves as Vice President, Finance.
Mr. Mendham has 20 years of experience in financial and accounting roles. Most recently, Mr. Mendham served as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Qforma, a leading provider of data analytics services to the pharmaceutical industry and a BelHealth portfolio company. Prior to Qforma, Mr. Mendham served as Vice President, Finance for Advanced Health Media, the industry leader in speaker bureau management and compliance management systems for the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Mendham leads BelHealth’s financial due diligence and supports the portfolio company CFOs. Mr. Mendham is a Board Observer for all BelHealth portfolio companies

Mr. Spero began his career at Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, a boutique investment bank focused on lower middle market M&A.
Mr. Spero received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Inder Tallur
Inder Tallur serves as a Managing Director.
He has been a member of the BelHealth team since inception in 2011.
Mr. Tallur serves on the Board of Directors of Quick Care.
He oversees BelHealth’s fundraising efforts and manages the Fund’s limited partner relationships.
Mr. Tallur has over two decades of experience in private equity investing and investment research. He previously spent over 13 years at ComVest Partners, where he focused on investing in micro and small cap companies across a variety of industries including technology and healthcare. Prior to that, he spent five years in the telecommunications and computer industry in India at companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and HCL Technologies.
He received an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1994 and an MS in Finance from Boston College in 1995. He also received a BS in Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology ("VNIT"), Nagpur, India in 1987.

Joseph P. Wynne
Mr. Wynne serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
Mr. Wynne serves on the Board of Directors of Precision Diagnostics.
Mr. Wynne has spent more than 20 years as the Chief Financial Officer in private equity and/or private equity backed small cap companies across a variety of industries. For 10+ years he served as Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Registered Financial Principal of both Commonwealth Associates LP and ComVest Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity merchant bank where he was instrumental in determining the overall strategic direction of the company as a member of the firm’s Executive, Investment and Compensation Committees.
In his role, he conducted the financial due diligence on prospective investments and provided strategic, financial and operational oversight to portfolio companies. Mr. Wynne also served as a core team member that started the ComVest group, including a $35 million venture fund.
In addition, Mr. Wynne was the Chief Financial Officer for several private equity backed companies where he was instrumental in providing debt and equity capital, business/acquisition due diligence, financial restructuring, strategic planning and financial forecasting, as well as overall financial and operational process improvements. Mr. Wynne has also been an entrepreneur and served on the Boards of a number of both public and private companies.
Mr. Wynne holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also received his license as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of New York in April 1990.

Rebecca Yu
Ms. Yu serves as Vice President.

Her responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio company monitoring. Previously, Ms. Yu worked at Warburg Pincus, where she focused on healthcare and consumer investing. Ms. Yu began her career at Goldman Sachs in Mortgages Trading.
Ms. Yu received an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Lauren Zandonella
Ms. Zandonella serves as Office Manager.
Ms. Zandonella has over 10 years of experience in Office Management, Investor Relations and Marketing related roles. Previously she has worked at Avenue Capital Group, JPMorgan Chase, AllianceBernstein and Altitude Capital Partners.

Richard Friedman
Richard Friedman serves as an Operating Partner.
Mr. Friedman serves on the Board of Directors of Village Fertility Pharmacy (Executive Chairman).
Mr. Friedman has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus in generic pharmaceuticals, including specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and infusion. Most recently he served as Chairman and CEO of BioScrip Inc., a publicly traded specialty pharmacy and PBM (Nasdaq: BIOS). During his tenure at BioScrip Inc., he was instrumental in growing the company into a $1.7 billion business and positioning it for the eventual sale of its specialty pharmacy operations to Walgreens in May of 2012.
Prior to his term at BioScrip, he was Chairman and CEO of MIM Corporation (Nasdaq: MIMS), a specialty pharmaceutical and benefit fulfillment organization that partners with healthcare providers and sponsors to control prescription drug costs. Mr. Friedman took MIM public in 1996 and oversaw a number of mergers and acquisitions, including its combination with Chronimed in 2004, which created BioScrip. Before joining MIM Corporation, Mr. Friedman served as the Chief Financial Officer for Zenith Laboratories Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of generic drugs. Mr. Friedman has also held a variety of senior finance positions including Chief Financial Officer of Goldline Laboratories, a distributor and manufacturer of generic drugs and Chief Financial Officer for Publicker Industries, an alcohol and chemical manufacturing company.

Richard Wolpow
Richard Wolpow serves as an Operating Partner.
Mr. Wolpow serves on the Board of Directors of Geritrex.
Mr. Wolpow has been advising and operating small to mid-size private and public companies for 20 years. He was founder, COO and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions Inc. (DSI), a pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art repackaging facility in Santa Ana, California, which was sold in 2011 to PSS World Medical (NASDAQ: PSSI). Currently, Mr. Wolpow is a member of the Board of Directors of Quick Care Pharmacy, a BelHealth portfolio company, and is Vice Chairman of POC Network Technologies, a medical technology company he founded in 2007.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wolpow was the primary investor and principal shareholder of Trinity Health Ventures, Inc. In 2000 Trinity, being a primary entity in a Goldman Sachs roll up, became Odyssey Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: ODSY), later selling in June 2010, to Gentiva Health Services (NASDAQ: GTIV) for over a billion dollars. Mr. Wolpow was also one of the principals with Freedom Health, Inc., an intelligent debit health card developed in association with Buck Consultants, Mellon Bank and MasterCard. His first health related company started in 1995 when he was recruited to run theHealthChannel.com. Other entrepreneurial successes include ventures in the internet, resort ownership, construction and apparel industries.
Mr. Wolpow studied economics and marketing at California State University, Long Beach.

Arthur B. Laffer

Dr. Laffer is the founder and Chairman of Laffer Associates, an economic research and consulting firm that provides global investment/research services to institutional asset managers, pension funds, financial institutions, and corporations. Since its inception in 1979, the firm’s research has focused on the interconnecting macroeconomic, political and demographic changes affecting global financial markets. Dr. Laffer has been widely acknowledged for his economic achievements, particularly for the creation of the Laffer Curve.
Dr. Laffer is a founding member of the Congressional Policy Advisory Board, a select group of advisors who assisted in shaping legislative policies for the 105th, 106th, and 107th United States Congress from 1997 to 2002. Dr. Laffer was a member of President Reagan’s Economic Policy Advisory Board for both of his two terms (1981-1989), and is considered by many to be the “Father of Supply-Side Economics,” or “Reaganomics.” He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Reagan/Bush Finance Committee in 1984 and was a founding member of the Reagan Executive Advisory Committee for the presidential race of 1980.
He was formerly the Distinguished University Professor at Pepperdine University and a member of the Pepperdine Board of Directors. He also held the status of the Charles B. Thornton Professor of Business Economics at the University of Southern California from 1976 to 1984. He was an Associate Professor of Business Economics at the University of Chicago from 1970 to 1976 and a member of the Chicago faculty from 1967 through 1976. During the years 1972 to 1977, Dr. Laffer was a consultant to Secretary of the Treasury William Simon, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Secretary of the Treasury George Shultz. He was the first to hold the title of Chief Economist at the Office of Management and Budget under Mr. Shultz from October 1970 to July 1972.
Years of experience and success in advising on a governmental level have distinguished Dr. Laffer in the business community as well. He serves or has served on the board of directors of several public companies, and a number of private companies including, BridgeHealth Medical, MPS Group, PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc., ProFlowers, Care Advantage, U.S. Filter, and U.S. Script. He is Vice Chairman of TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Dr. Laffer received a BA in economics from Yale University in 1963. He received an MBA and a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University in 1965 and 1972 respectively.

Gary N. Mansfield
Gary N. Mansfield serves on Advisory Board.
Mr. Mansfield, an attorney in private practice, is the Founding Partner of Mansfield Bronstein, PA, a boutique litigation firm. Mr. Mansfield has held senior management, and/or board of director positions at several healthcare companies including Ocean Drugs; Best Generics, Inc.; Medical Containment Systems, Inc.; ProxyMed, Inc.; National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc.; PlanVista, Inc.; RxDirect, Inc.; and US Script, Inc.
Mr. Mansfield was the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc., as well as President and COO of NMHC Mail Order, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical and mail order pharmacy, wholly-owned by NMHC. Prior to NMHC, Mr. Mansfield was Director – Healthcare Investment Banking at Capitalink, LLC. Thereafter, Mr. Mansfield was an Advisory and Investment professional at Barnett & Partners, LLC, a New York-based merchant bank.
Mr. Mansfield earned a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business; a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law; a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business; a Masters of Law degree in Elder Law at Stetson University School of Law; and has completed all course work for a doctorate in Health Services from Nova Southeastern University.

Gov. Thomas J. Ridge
Governor Thomas J. Ridge serves on Advisory Board.
Governor Thomas J. Ridge is the president and CEO of Ridge Global. As the company's chief executive, Mr. Ridge leads a team of international experts that help businesses and governments address a range of needs throughout their organizations, including risk management, global trade security, emergency preparedness and response, strategic growth, infrastructure protection, technology integration, crisis management and other issues that encompass a diverse portfolio.
Following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Ridge became the first Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and on January 24, 2003, was appointed the first Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He served in this position until February 1, 2005. Before September 11, 2001, Mr. Ridge was the 43rd Governor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he was first elected in 1995 and re-elected in 1999. Mr. Ridge was also a five-time member of the U.S. House of Representatives, starting in 1982.
An engaging and dynamic speaker, Mr. Ridge regularly addresses audiences throughout the world on issues, such as security, terrorism, global engagement, leadership, technology and more. Mr. Kronforst received his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, concentrating in Corporate Finance. He also received a BBA in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.

Jonathan Laifer
Mr. Laifer serves as Associate.
His responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Mr. Laifer was an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare group at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Laifer received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors and a B.B.A from Emory University.

Scott Lee
Mr. Lee serves as a Managing Director.
Mr. Lee serves on the Board of Directors of Care Advantage and Integrated Care Physicians.
Mr. Lee has over 13 years of relevant private equity experience in the lower middle market healthcare sector. Beginning in 2004, Mr. Lee was the Investment Analyst for Commonwealth Associates and the CARE Capital Group, where he first met and worked with several members of the BelHealth team. Starting in 2006, Mr. Lee served as a Principal at HealthEdge Investment Partners (“HealthEdge”), a lower middle market focused healthcare private equity fund that Harold Blue founded in 2005. While at HealthEdge, Mr. Lee was involved in all of the firm’s platform investments and served as a Board member of Woodbury Health Products, Infinity Homecare, and MNG Laboratories.
Mr. Lee has particular expertise in the home health, healthcare consumer products, contract manufacturing and specialty distribution healthcare sectors.
Scott received his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Management.

Ed Mendham
Mr. Mendham serves as Vice President, Finance.
Mr. Mendham has 20 years of experience in financial and accounting roles. Most recently, Mr. Mendham served as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Qforma, a leading provider of data analytics services to the pharmaceutical industry and a BelHealth portfolio company. Prior to Qforma, Mr. Mendham served as Vice President, Finance for Advanced Health Media, the industry leader in speaker bureau management and compliance management systems for the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Mendham leads BelHealth’s financial due diligence and supports the portfolio company CFOs. Mr. Mendham is a Board Observer for all BelHealth portfolio companies

Jonathan Spero
Mr. Spero serves as a Senior Associate.
Mr. Spero observes Care Advantage and Village Fertility Pharmacy.
His responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio company monitoring. Previously, Mr. Spero worked as an Analyst in the healthcare investment banking division of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he focused on M&A, equity and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Spero began his career at Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, a boutique investment bank focused on lower middle market M&A.
Mr. Spero received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Inder Tallur
Inder Tallur serves as a Managing Director.
He has been a member of the BelHealth team since inception in 2011.
Mr. Tallur serves on the Board of Directors of Quick Care.
He oversees BelHealth’s fundraising efforts and manages the Fund’s limited partner relationships.
Mr. Tallur has over two decades of experience in private equity investing and investment research. He previously spent over 13 years at ComVest Partners, where he focused on investing in micro and small cap companies across a variety of industries including technology and healthcare. Prior to that, he spent five years in the telecommunications and computer industry in India at companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and HCL Technologies.
He received an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1994 and an MS in Finance from Boston College in 1995. He also received a BS in Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology ("VNIT"), Nagpur, India in 1987.

Joseph P. Wynne
Mr. Wynne serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
Mr. Wynne serves on the Board of Directors of Precision Diagnostics.
Mr. Wynne has spent more than 20 years as the Chief Financial Officer in private equity and/or private equity backed small cap companies across a variety of industries. For 10+ years he served as Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Registered Financial Principal of both Commonwealth Associates LP and ComVest Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity merchant bank where he was instrumental in determining the overall strategic direction of the company as a member of the firm’s Executive, Investment and Compensation Committees.
In his role, he conducted the financial due diligence on prospective investments and provided strategic, financial and operational oversight to portfolio companies. Mr. Wynne also served as a core team member that started the ComVest group, including a $35 million venture fund.
In addition, Mr. Wynne was the Chief Financial Officer for several private equity backed companies where he was instrumental in providing debt and equity capital, business/acquisition due diligence, financial restructuring, strategic planning and financial forecasting, as well as overall financial and operational process improvements. Mr. Wynne has also been an entrepreneur and served on the Boards of a number of both public and private companies.
Mr. Wynne holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also received his license as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of New York in April 1990.

Rebecca Yu
Ms. Yu serves as Vice President.
Ms. Yu observes American Health Staffing Group and Geritrex
Her responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio company monitoring. Previously, Ms. Yu worked at Warburg Pincus, where she focused on healthcare and consumer investing. Ms. Yu began her career at Goldman Sachs in Mortgages Trading.
Ms. Yu received an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Lauren Zandonella
Ms. Zandonella serves as Office Manager.
Ms. Zandonella has over 10 years of experience in Office Management, Investor Relations and Marketing related roles. Previously she has worked at Avenue Capital Group, JPMorgan Chase, AllianceBernstein and Altitude Capital Partners.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bloomsburg University, and a Pastry Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education.

Richard Friedman
Richard Friedman serves as an Operating Partner.
Mr. Friedman serves on the Board of Directors of Village Fertility Pharmacy (Executive Chairman).
Mr. Friedman has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus in generic pharmaceuticals, including specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and infusion. Most recently he served as Chairman and CEO of BioScrip Inc., a publicly traded specialty pharmacy and PBM (Nasdaq: BIOS). During his tenure at BioScrip Inc., he was instrumental in growing the company into a $1.7 billion business and positioning it for the eventual sale of its specialty pharmacy operations to Walgreens in May of 2012.
Prior to his term at BioScrip, he was Chairman and CEO of MIM Corporation (Nasdaq: MIMS), a specialty pharmaceutical and benefit fulfillment organization that partners with healthcare providers and sponsors to control prescription drug costs. Mr. Friedman took MIM public in 1996 and oversaw a number of mergers and acquisitions, including its combination with Chronimed in 2004, which created BioScrip. Before joining MIM Corporation, Mr. Friedman served as the Chief Financial Officer for Zenith Laboratories Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of generic drugs. Mr. Friedman has also held a variety of senior finance positions including Chief Financial Officer of Goldline Laboratories, a distributor and manufacturer of generic drugs and Chief Financial Officer for Publicker Industries, an alcohol and chemical manufacturing company.

Richard Wolpow
Richard Wolpow serves as an Operating Partner.
Mr. Wolpow serves on the Board of Directors of Geritrex.
Mr. Wolpow has been advising and operating small to mid-size private and public companies for 20 years. He was founder, COO and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions Inc. (DSI), a pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art repackaging facility in Santa Ana, California, which was sold in 2011 to PSS World Medical (NASDAQ: PSSI). Currently, Mr. Wolpow is a member of the Board of Directors of Quick Care Pharmacy, a BelHealth portfolio company, and is Vice Chairman of POC Network Technologies, a medical technology company he founded in 2007.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wolpow was the primary investor and principal shareholder of Trinity Health Ventures, Inc. In 2000 Trinity, being a primary entity in a Goldman Sachs roll up, became Odyssey Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: ODSY), later selling in June 2010, to Gentiva Health Services (NASDAQ: GTIV) for over a billion dollars. Mr. Wolpow was also one of the principals with Freedom Health, Inc., an intelligent debit health card developed in association with Buck Consultants, Mellon Bank and MasterCard. His first health related company started in 1995 when he was recruited to run theHealthChannel.com. Other entrepreneurial successes include ventures in the internet, resort ownership, construction and apparel industries.
Mr. Wolpow studied economics and marketing at California State University, Long Beach.

Arthur B. Laffer
Arthur B. Laffer serves on Advisory Board.
Dr. Laffer serves on the Board of Directors of Care Advantage, Geritrex, and Precision Diagnostics.
Dr. Laffer is the founder and Chairman of Laffer Associates, an economic research and consulting firm that provides global investment/research services to institutional asset managers, pension funds, financial institutions, and corporations. Since its inception in 1979, the firm’s research has focused on the interconnecting macroeconomic, political and demographic changes affecting global financial markets. Dr. Laffer has been widely acknowledged for his economic achievements, particularly for the creation of the Laffer Curve.
Dr. Laffer is a founding member of the Congressional Policy Advisory Board, a select group of advisors who assisted in shaping legislative policies for the 105th, 106th, and 107th United States Congress from 1997 to 2002. Dr. Laffer was a member of President Reagan’s Economic Policy Advisory Board for both of his two terms (1981-1989), and is considered by many to be the “Father of Supply-Side Economics,” or “Reaganomics.” He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Reagan/Bush Finance Committee in 1984 and was a founding member of the Reagan Executive Advisory Committee for the presidential race of 1980.
He was formerly the Distinguished University Professor at Pepperdine University and a member of the Pepperdine Board of Directors. He also held the status of the Charles B. Thornton Professor of Business Economics at the University of Southern California from 1976 to 1984. He was an Associate Professor of Business Economics at the University of Chicago from 1970 to 1976 and a member of the Chicago faculty from 1967 through 1976. During the years 1972 to 1977, Dr. Laffer was a consultant to Secretary of the Treasury William Simon, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Secretary of the Treasury George Shultz. He was the first to hold the title of Chief Economist at the Office of Management and Budget under Mr. Shultz from October 1970 to July 1972.
Years of experience and success in advising on a governmental level have distinguished Dr. Laffer in the business community as well. He serves or has served on the board of directors of several public companies, and a number of private companies including, BridgeHealth Medical, MPS Group, PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc., ProFlowers, Care Advantage, U.S. Filter, and U.S. Script. He is Vice Chairman of TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Dr. Laffer received a BA in economics from Yale University in 1963. He received an MBA and a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University in 1965 and 1972 respectively.

Gary N. Mansfield
Gary N. Mansfield serves on Advisory Board.
Mr. Mansfield, an attorney in private practice, is the Founding Partner of Mansfield Bronstein, PA, a boutique litigation firm. Mr. Mansfield has held senior management, and/or board of director positions at several healthcare companies including Ocean Drugs; Best Generics, Inc.; Medical Containment Systems, Inc.; ProxyMed, Inc.; National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc.; PlanVista, Inc.; RxDirect, Inc.; and US Script, Inc.
Mr. Mansfield was the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc., as well as President and COO of NMHC Mail Order, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical and mail order pharmacy, wholly-owned by NMHC. Prior to NMHC, Mr. Mansfield was Director – Healthcare Investment Banking at Capitalink, LLC. Thereafter, Mr. Mansfield was an Advisory and Investment professional at Barnett & Partners, LLC, a New York-based merchant bank.
Mr. Mansfield earned a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business; a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law; a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business; a Masters of Law degree in Elder Law at Stetson University School of Law; and has completed all course work for a doctorate in Health Services from Nova Southeastern University.

Gov. Thomas J. Ridge
Governor Thomas J. Ridge serves on Advisory Board.
Governor Thomas J. Ridge is the president and CEO of Ridge Global. As the company's chief executive, Mr. Ridge leads a team of international experts that help businesses and governments address a range of needs throughout their organizations, including risk management, global trade security, emergency preparedness and response, strategic growth, infrastructure protection, technology integration, crisis management and other issues that encompass a diverse portfolio.
Following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Ridge became the first Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and on January 24, 2003, was appointed the first Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He served in this position until February 1, 2005. Before September 11, 2001, Mr. Ridge was the 43rd Governor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he was first elected in 1995 and re-elected in 1999. Mr. Ridge was also a five-time member of the U.S. House of Representatives, starting in 1982.
An engaging and dynamic speaker, Mr. Ridge regularly addresses audiences throughout the world on issues, such as security, terrorism, global engagement, leadership, technology and more. Additionally, the first U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security serves on the boards of the Institute for Defense Analyses, the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress and other private and public entities, and since 2005, has served as chairman of the National Organization on Disability. Secretary Ridge continues to contribute to matters concerning our nation’s veterans and, along with Gen. Jacob Safier
